Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We may expand in the future, so stay tuned.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package appears delayed or lost, email us at support@dovaro-kingston.com with your order number. We’ll contact the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

How do I start a return?
Email support@dovaro-kingston.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. We’re unable to issue refunds for items returned worn or damaged.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@dovaro-kingston.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
