Refund policy
At Dovaro Kingston, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair refund process.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn and unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Items returned worn, damaged, or without tags are not eligible for a refund.
How to Return an Item
To begin a return, email support@dovaro-kingston.com. Please include your order number, the items you’d like to return, and a brief reason for the return. Once we review your request, we’ll reply with the next steps and return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, store credit, final sale items (clearly marked), or items returned after 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing window, please check with your bank or card provider first, as posting times can vary. If the refund still hasn’t appeared, contact us at support@dovaro-kingston.com and we’ll assist you.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@dovaro-kingston.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
