The Norlisse is a winter parka for women who need genuinely comprehensive cold-weather performance from their outdoor outerwear. The lined hood provides warmth at the head and neck that unlined alternatives cannot match in genuine cold, and the adjustable waist allows the fit to be adapted for different layering situations — critical for a garment intended for extended outdoor use in varying conditions. A parka that performs as well as its design suggests.
Wear over a full winter outfit for comprehensive coverage, using the lined hood and adjustable waist to adapt to the conditions. The waist adjustment means it performs well both over thin layering and over substantial knitwear. A parka for women who take cold-weather outdoor activity seriously and want their outerwear to match that commitment.
